Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Litter League™ account and associated personal data by emailing support@litterleague.app.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email support from the address connected to your account when possible.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my Litter League account.
  3. Include your Litter League handle.
  4. Include the Apple private relay email or sign-in email if you know it.
  5. Tell us whether you want account deletion or a data access/export request.

In-App Deletion

If account deletion is available in the app, use the in-app deletion flow. If it is not available or you cannot access your account, email support using the steps above.

What We Delete or De-Identify

We delete or de-identify account profile data, authentication-linked profile records, optional avatars, private haul photos, route traces, notes, crew membership, and support records that are no longer needed.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information when needed for legal compliance, safety, security, anti-fraud review, abuse prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, audit logs, or de-identified aggregate statistics. We do not promise instant deletion from every backup or log.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if we cannot match the request to an account.
